Michelle is an energetic mum to 3 children and is an RYT®500+ certified yoga instructor who has been regularly practicing yoga for over 10 years.
Michelle’s yoga journey commenced after suffering a debilitating back injury caused by years of long distance running. Medical professionals recommended yoga and a lifelong love affair began.
After initially practicing only Hatha and Iyengar yoga styles with alignment-focused teachers, Michelle began attending Vinyasa flow classes and was inspired by the creativity, dance and music which encompasses such a style. After attending teacher trainings in Vinyasa, Hatha,Jivamukti and Rocket - Michelle weaves her key learnings from each into each class to provide a fun and challenging flow with a focus on alignment to prevent injury.
