Lauren teaches with the intention that students will leave the studio feeling as though they have challenged themselves and have found new levels within their personal practise whether it be physical, emotional or spiritual. She believes that providing students with transformational yet, safe adjustments is an important way to connect with them, connect them to their own bodies and to help them evolve in their yoga journey. With her continued education in Anatomy & Physiology for Homeopaths, she applies her knowledge in promoting balance. A body too flexible risks injury and a body too strong lacks fluidity and thus, Lauren’s classes always have deep stretches, mobility and strengthening asanas and transitions incorporated within them.
