Sallie started her yoga journey about 7 years ago when she moved to the UAE from South Africa. Having a gymnastics background, she took a liking to acro yoga. She loved the physical movements of yoga and was drawn to learning more about breath work and the mental practice behind it. As she practiced different styles of yoga more often, she started noticing all the benefits that came with it. Sallie wanted to learn even more, so she completed her 200RYT in Dubai. She never thought she would teach yoga, but after the experiences and changes Sallie felt in her life, she wanted to be able to share it with others. Sallie aims to make her yoga classes fun and accessible for everyone, providing many options for all levels. She likes to keep her flows creative with consistent movement, transitioning smoothly from one asana to the next. It’s Sallie's hope that when you leave one of her classes, you leave in a better space, with a sense of happiness, mindfulness, strength and confidence.
