Léa’s yoga practice began in 2014 and gradually grew intensively over the years. Her commitment to sharing her passion and spreading the spirit of yoga, led her to complete her RYT 200 training in 2016. Léa’s Vinyasa class is a playful combination of alignment, breath work, and functional movement linking asana to asana. In the effort of broadening students’ sense of embodiment, her classes focus on refining their practice and developing technique for day-to-day integration.
